Hi Everyone,

Tomorrow I am officially starting my end of the year challenge and I wanted to see if anyone would like to join. I will be doing the 30 day shred (you don't have to) and 20 minutes of cardio and 10 of strenght training 5 days a week (you don't have to) my end of the year goal is 135!
