How did everyone do this week?? I personally did pretty awesome. As for my mini challange to walk a extra 500 steps a day I didn't do so hot. This weeks mini challange is not to drink any soda/pop at all.

So for all of those who may forgot your sign in number here it is again. If you do not put your number by your weigh in each week I will not count you in for the prize. It is just way to much time for me cross refrence you to your number. Also if you have chnged your MFP SN please let me know by inbox.

    I did great on the mini challenge, I walked to my Grandma's twice there and back which took 40 minutes both times, I didn't use a pedometer but I know it definitely would have been more than 500 steps.

    I failed miserbly on this week's challenge unless you count step aerobics, but I was doing that before.

    I didn't loose many lbs this week but I lost inches so I am celebrating that!

    I have lost 0 lbs!! (GRRR my own fault! And gain 3 lbs in one day!!! WTH???)

    Only 20 lbs to go. I CAN do this!! (personal goal 25lbs total)

    Ps. I thought this was starting May 1 and I TOTALLY missed the post on 4/24. So I missed a week! Can I still be a part of the challenge? And then I found out I cannot access Photobucket from my work computer so this week I'll just have to change my profile pic for today to the scale. (very hard to take a pic as soon as you get up before your "wake up" shower.)

    I walk up and down the mountain i live on(2 times a day) drink lots of water. and stop eating when Im full hahaa. and some yoga twice a day... (if im up for it.) thats pretty much it. but let me tell you..the mountain is a beast and i want to croak half way up in the beginning. Which is why i walk in the morning and at night, so no one can see me :P
