  • Eggs are ok.....in moderation for sure. Egg whites hold all the good protein, but without the yoke the whites are a good for you. I have 2 hard boiled eggs in the morning sometimes with or without the yoke.

  • You should weigh yourself on a hard flat surface...and that will give you your correct numbers...but might i add also that you should not weigh yourself once a week instead try once a month. The scale does not measure your true progress. A tape measure will do better...esp if your doing weight training....Throw the scale…

I also get scared with those extra calories just because i've worked out enough to have 2000 calories doesn't mean i want or need to eat that many.
