Not sure how I feel about last nights show, stilling milling it over. Did love how they developed other characters then sookie. I am down .6 of a pound, last week was not really that great, but the hope is to get back to working out and not over eating.

Lost two pounds this week! Though summer is kicking my butt and I need to stay away from the beer.

Having a hard time staying in calorie counts and getting work outs in. This week has been chaotic. It's my first week of summer break, and have been going from wake up to lay down. So I am hoping to get some weight off from all the extra stuff I am doing.

woo hoo, 110 pounds is like a size two model, so a very small person. LOL This challenge really is helping me to keep to the work out schedule.

I like dark chocolate covered blueberries, I keep a bag in the house. I eat a handful and then the craving is gone. They are 180 per 1/4 cup, but I can only eat half that so it's really only 90. Down another 2 pounds, but I think it was the water weight and little bit I had gained from going on vacation. Planning on eating better this week and actually working out, I skipped two work outs last week. Not going to do that this week. Hope we win! Go team Animal magnetism!

I lost 4 pounds, but last week I had gained 3 pounds of water weight the day of weight in, because I was sick.. This week has been a split kinda week so not sure where I will be next week, most likely not 4 pounds though. lol

I try to keep healthy snacks in the house at the same time. I let myself indulge, but keep it in moderation and work out.

I didn't hit the scale untill I saw a difference in the way my clothes fit. I had lost about 11 pounds by then it had been a month since I started. The way I look at it, it's more about the way you feel, then what is on the scale.

My want for peanut butter, before MFP I was unaware of how many calories are in peanutbutter, not that I eat it all the time. So I had been using MPF for a while before I found out how bad peanut butter really is. I don't really miss it, just the reeces!

I try to only eat when I am hungry, unless I am way under my calorie goal for the day.

My husband works nights, so I normally take out the ball and work out while I watch primetime. I have been thinking about getting zumba for the Wii. My husband found it, because I was thinking about getting the videos.

I like to keep low fat snacks in the house, that wont ruin my diet. I just can't do the don't eat after a certain time. I also drink lots of water. I get a diet and Malibu, but other then that I am not sure. Since I started dieting I quit drinking. I am waiting till I get to my goal weight. Since I am not a huge drinker not such a big deal. But they do have quite a few 64 calorie beers out now.

On the weekends I still stay accountable, but if I go over I don't stress. If I am to strict on myself, I know I will quit. I see the weekends as small cheat days, that way I know I can make it through the week.
