Hi everyone, I'm new to this. well I've been doing it for about a week or 2 and had a friend that introduced me to it. Would like to meet other people as a support system.

My name is Susan Davis and I'm 28 years old married to a wonderful Army man and have 4 children. 3 of them are in Soccer so that makes 4 soccer practices a week and 3 soccer games on Saturdays. So my days are busy! LOL but I do make time to work out. I hope to get to know others here.
