This. Don't give in to schemes like this. If it were that easy, everybody would be slim. It takes hard work, will-power, and dedication for most people to be at a healthy weight so get to workin'!

Anything is better than nothing. Running a mile burns just as many calories as walking a mile. So yes, walking is a good way to burn calories.

It's pretty simple once you get the hang of tracking your food. I would recommend getting and religiously using a food scale.

I've lost 65 pounds in the last two years and comparing my current weight to my old weight, yes it is a dramatic difference. I have had people comment that I'm getting too skinny or that I shouldn't lose any more weight. I believe they are just so used to seeing you with the additional weight that it seems different to see…

If you are under, that's a good thing. You want to limit saturated fats. Any way, you could easily get some saturated fats and an extra 200 calories by having a few pieces of dark chocolate.

You should aim for at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity. Not sure how many calories that amounts up to.
