Feel Free to add me too! I used MFP 3 years ago to lose 40+ lbs and then got pregnant. I'm now hoping back on the bandwagon and looking to loose 100 lbs! :)

I lost 2 inches in my bust/upper back area by doing the planks, sit-ups and push-ups. Eating clean is just staying away from processed foods (soups, deli meats, boxed meals, etc). Every body is different though. I was just suggesting what I have seen work for and help me.

I would suggest doing a routine of sit-ups, planks, push-ups every day. It will help some, but it won't get rid of all of the inches. Eat healthy and clean (as little processed foods as possible), keep your sodium intake very low, drink a lot of water (straight plain water) and that will help a lot.

I'm always looking for some new buddies!! I'm a 33 yr old SAHM military wife. I've lost 18lbs already, and have 72lbs more to go. Anyone can add me, no need for a message, just send a request. :drinker:

I eat 1350 a day. 200 for breakfast, 400 for lunch, 150 for after lunch snack, 600 for dinner. Any extra I earn from walking or exercising I add an after dinner snack in there. I eat a lot of veggies, leafy green ones! My profile pic is the lunch I had today. A half sandwich with miracle whip, basil paste, corned beef,…

I'm refocusing too! I've struggled with a huge lack of motivation after my son was born. I've seesawed this last year. I won't lie about that, and it's been rough. but, I have my husband behind me, my son beside me, and my future in front of me. I have dug deep, and I will continue to dig deep. Here's to the start of a new…

Two years ago when I started my journey my motivation was to lose weight so I could get pregnant. I suddenly got pregnant at about 40lbs lost. I only gained 20lbs during my pregnancy, but I wasn't able to get back into the groove to lose weight. So here I am, 13 months after my son was born. My husband and I are planning a…

Food Scale, FitBit pedometer and it's app, Endomondo app, and awesome music. Those are the best motivators I have. I haven't lost much this time around, but I had my first child a year ago and I lost 40lbs with those tools before. Looking to lose 90lbs now. :)

OMG! It's scary how many of these I do..... :)

Love this idea!

It takes time for your body to adjust. Keep on track and your body will figure it out. :)

I get turned on by playing with guns, knives and cars. I insanely miss being in the flight deck of a C-130 during a "four to the floor".

I love friends that are supportive and will pick each other up if we fall or stumble. To me it doesn't matter if you are trying to lose 5lbs or 100+ lbs. Being talkative helps too. I will say that I do go through and delete people if they haven't been online in a month or more. To me, if it's been that long, you have given…

My motivation is to stop being unhappy with myself. I hate myself when I look in the mirror. I want to be a mom that my 11 month old son can be proud of, not one that he is ashamed of. It's a daily, Hell an Hourly, struggle for me sometimes. I have little setbacks, but I'm still trudging ahead. The one thing I look forward…

Bumping for stalking, Since I don't post much on here anymore. Wanted to say hello to the new members! Welcome! Nothing has really changed for me. I'm managing the gestational diabetes very well, only part that sucks is cooking my food separately and then measuring everything out. But oh Well. Since I've been on the new…

Lunch meat you can still eat, it just has to be heated through to kill any potential bacteria hiding in there. I eat it all the time in my lunch time sandwiches. Seafood you have to be careful with, but you can still eat. Fish is fine as long as it's only a couple of servings a week and it's low mercury (aka not the meaty…

I've been lurking, and catching up on reading all of the posts. Sounds like all you ladies are doing great! This pregnancy has been one heck of an emotional roller coaster. The good news is that I am 4 days away from my last and final trimester. I look back and can't believe that we've made it this far, even after the…

Nicely done on the list!!!!! Great to actually be able to see all the due dates in one place. OMG YES!!! I was just a little bit upset yesterday and I ended up bawling like a little girl on my hubby's shoulder. I had no reason to cry, just started bawling when he asked me if I was OK. And every time my phone goes off, I…

Had my 25 week appoint this morning! Kaiden is doing great, still measuring at about 2cm ahead of "normal" (was 27cm instead of 25cm). Heart rate was in the 140's and he was awake and kicking. Doc thought it was hilarious as she's telling me to make sure he's moving at least twice a day and I'm sitting there twitching…

CutMD~ Welcome back to the group! So glad to see that, so far, everything is going great for you! Hang in there, I'm sure your little bean is doing great.

Hope Everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I managed, at least I think I did, to not go overboard on the food. We ended up going to a co-worker's house for the day. I munched on celery sticks and baby carrots until the "good" food came out. Well, a couple of crackers with some crab stuff may have found their way into my…

kspool ~ I started out overweight as well, and my doc is the same. I went in and manually changed my calorie goal to be 2100 cals a day. So far that's been working for me. If I eat the maintenance cals plus the extra 300, I gain like no tomorrow. There was a couple weeks of unexplained weight gain, but I figure that's just…

Uhoh... we haven't heard from Heather in a while. Maybe that means Charlee is on her way here? Fingers are crossed for you.

Popping in to say HI to everyone! I'm still having the issues with that danged placenta bleed. Had my ultrasound this morning though, so I'll give them a call in about a week and see how it's progressing. Ultrasound went great! Our Little Man (yes... we finally have a gender!!! BOY!!) was very active, and hasn't settled…

Peeking in for a visit. So glad that everyone is doing good! I did a quick scan through, I was way way way behind. I started going on my walks again, since I hadn't had any spotting or problems with the placenta bleed. Was doing really good the past couple of days, and today I started spotting again. It's scary as all heck…
