  • Yep I have the ketone breath and the ketone sweat sometimes. I find it to be a sickly sweet smell that is none too pleasant. The first month was horrible, now it only happens occasionally thank goodness.
  • I agree with the fat free stuff. Way too runny and overly sweet. I will never buy or eat freezer meals again. I am so used to making my own food and always having something in the fridge I'll never buy another prepared freezer meal EVER. I don't see the need!

  • I am 12 weeks in and still do it at times, especially if I feel woozy headed, I know I need some salt or broth. It isn't an every day thing, but I am a fan of broth so I will have a cup just because usually a few times a week. Glad you are doing well and motivation is still going strong.
