  • I purchased it and used it for a month, I didn't really see any results.. its a lot of dancing but, I use Insanity now but not everyday either. • This one is a tough one for me, I was a loner, until I found a few family and friends who were willing to train together and step their game up and help me too... I currently have a partner that is solid. She has the same determination and drive to push. Yes there are time where we have to push each other, but she is local…
  • Starvation mode, not sure why you only have 900 calories it seems like most people base calories is 1200 nothing less. Unless this is Dr approved, wow that is low.
  • I would agree with you on this statement, although I have struggled with plateau for a while and at times was frustrated, and I had a trainer that was telling me as hard as I work out it's gotta be the food.. at first I was like no way, I eliminated sugars and regular white carbs.. But when I really thought about it I…

  • I can totally relate to how you are feeling, but I also have to remind myself that when I didn't focus on what I ate and what I didn't do for exercise I lost track of how I looked, and felt. So yes there are times where McDonalds or a Snickers Bar or whatever my craving is at that time I have to tell myself why am I…
  • Interesting, however I drink at least 16 to 20 oz driving to and from work, then 16 oz before bed. Rising and Resting it is warmer water, to relax the body internally.
  • I actually did this program and it was awesome.. My first time ever to go vegetarian and I enjoyed it. • I'm doing good slightly tired today. But I'm determined to burn the calories regardless. Today was one of those rough mementos. Tried not to binge too much, but reported everything that past my lips. Need to drink more water and get more sleep..

  • Interesting, a friend of mine was just admonishing us about these social networks. As private as we may want some things in our lives is lost due to these sites. And at time you may trust someone with private things, until something goes wrong then your entire life is exposed. I am sorry to hear this happened and yes you…
  • Runkeeper and MapMyFitness they both do the same thing however I used them because it allows me to track my trails and running pattern and history. Whether it is a run, walk, bike ride MapMyFitness fits all areas even allowing me to manually log gym time. They also allow me to use my playlist all within the app. It's cool.…
  • In MFP it needs to be directly input, which will be refreshed with a Fitbit reading too, so the physcial start - stop will need to be added manually in MFP. This allows you to capture each workout seperately if you like. Then your activity such as walking, shopping and other movement will be added to MFP as a reading of…
  • Yes, I would agree with everyone. Get the right shoe for trail running. Also if you only trained on concrete or treadmill. try other types of grouds, parks, dirt roads ect.. this will give you a feel for different kinds of ground tension and tread feeling on the feet. You can do this. Good Luck and most of all enjoy it.
