For me, it's not wiping down the equipment when you've really been sweating up a storm--just gross!

This week's challenges were....challenging! I don't have a good set up for the exercise video, so I couldn't really do that, and having 5 different servings of fruits/veggies was tricky, until I discovered--smoothies! Yup, different veggies, different fruits--it helps!

Doing well- and I agree, water is no issue for me--I'm practically a fish!!! Lots of exercise planned this week, so hoping for good things on the scale this weekend (my WI is on Saturdays) Looking forward to what's coming next! Good luck to all!

If all the challenges were as easy for me as this water one, I'm going to ace this challenge! I pretty much only drink water--all day, especially when exercising, so this is an easy one. Wonder what's coming next...??

Hi all, Excited for this challenge! I am getting all my water in, but this is easy for me! I did not exercise yesterday, but did a great workout today---1 hr cardio and 20 minutes strength training! Tomorrow, I meet with my trainer (first real session) so it should be another great exercise day with lots of water! Best to…

Let's see--I've been on this journey for 7 months now, so the weight loss is slowing down a little... SW (8/27): 278 GW: (12/31): 250 Ambitious, but I've been at a nice pace.

Although I now live in Seattle, I'm a New Yorker through and through, which means pizza and bagels are my downfalls! Nothing like a NY pizza or bagel---(salivating just thinking about them). For Seattle-it's all about the Salmon!

Seattle area is my current home and I love it! I would live here in the summer and either Phoenix, Vegas or San Diego in the winter!

This post brought a smile to my face--thanks for reminding us of our humanity within this weight loss journey! Enjoy those chocolates, but if you could spare one dark piece--fed ex to Seattle!!

Nothing! When I limit myself, it feels like a diet. I just allow one "splurge" meal a week, and everything else in moderation with lots of exercise!

I saw a photo of myself and I was shocked! I had problems with mirrors all my life, so I don't think I really ever saw myself, and it scared me! I already had the MFP app, but wasn't using it, and on January 23, I took stock of my life and decided that I did want to live (was suffering from major depression). Every day,…

I work for a non-profit Head Start agency (providing education and social services to low-income children and families) and my role consists of managing the enrollment process, determining eligibility, supporting our family service workers, volunteer management and data base managements! I sort of let myself indulge one meal a week, but that's because I actually struggle to get enough calories in, with the amount of exercise I am doing (weird, I know). It has worked well for me. I don't cheat just because--but if there is something I'm really craving, that's my allowance. This past Saturday became a two…

I have PF in my right foot, and it was awful until I started losing weight. But then again, I also started taking glucosamine for my right knee, so maybe that's doing something? It used to be so bad that just getting up out of bed in the morning was so painful--I was also not consistent with doing my recommended stretches…

I have a bad knee, too, and the aerobics is much harder on it. Do the elliptical, or better yet, swim!
