No advice here, but planning on going to Legoland next year for my littles bday, planning on 3 days and I'm not even going to stress on the food. Just gonna try to make some healthier choices here and there.

Tbh tho, you don't need to cut out foods, just cut back maybe, if you can fit it in, go for it. If I feel like eating a Madeleine, macaroon, chocolate or whatever, I have it. And I've lost 9 lbs in a lil less than 3 weeks, and I had chocolate cake and Chinese last night.

I had Chinese for dinner and chocolate cake afterwards. Made sure it fit my cals, my macros suck today, but it was for a birthday so I'm not stressing

Regardless of which type of 'way' you choose to eat, i.e. Me to, vegan/vegetarian or vegan lo carb, you still need the min calories. You can't get by with 800 cals or whatever because your diet differs from mine or his or her.

I have a sweet daily, this is for the long run, and there's no way I can go thru life without sweets. So I plan accordingly

I'm in Arizona also, started my day with a quick walk thru the rain. No dust storms here tho, or tumbleweeds, and I'm not sure if its going to rain tomorrow. Depends on where you're at in the state I guess

Always looking for new friends, trying to lose a total of 115-125 lbs, already about 16 lbs down.

You will lose the same amount of weight eating 1200 calories of twinkies every day as opposed to eating 1200 calories of meat and veggies, as long as those are the only calories you are taking in. Yes, you might end up feeling like crap eating only twinkies BUT you weight will go down.

I'm losing 2-3 lbs a week, but I almost always have calories in the hundreds left over daily

I drink diet soda regularly, in fact I've had 2 1/2 cups today, but yet I have very little appetite. And as an added bonus, lost 3 lbs this week! =)

I only eat between 12-8 so I'll have 1 meal between 12-1 and my 2nd usually between 6-8. I'll usually fit in a couple of snacks in between and even possibly after my 2nd meal. If it fits into my cals....why not? ?
