Hey guys! I'm a 32 year old female. Currently working on losing weight (down 9 pounds!) I'm counting calories, doing a lot of running and some muscle building. Unfortunately I've developed Plantar fasciitis but I can't slow down just yet as I have a work PT test next week. I'm super stresaed, but working hard!

Freeze a bottle of water and roll your foot over it several times a day1

I used shoe inserts to help with my plantar fasciitis since I'm on my feet all the time1
