I have the bowflex ones that go up to 50lbs, so I'm sure I could get by with them for a while. I've been thinking about buying this, but didn't want to do it if I couldn't use the equipment I have now (maybe more equipment purchases in the future??). Thanks for the feedback!

Can you use just dumbbells for Strong Curves? Or do you have to have a barbell/weights?

Same for me... if I'm eating peanut butter, I want the real thing, but if I'm adding to oatmeal or a smoothie or something, PB2 is great!

You are right. There is no magic pill. 21 Day Fix is not a magic pill. The containers are a gimmick - but if it helps people with their portion control and gets people off the couch? What's the harm? And how is it hurting you and your goals? There is no way to lose 100lbs in 21 days - as you mentioned. And losing 20-30 lbs…

A little garlic salt or parmesan cheese is great! Mrs. Dash is a good option too. I also like to add greek seasoning or even Old Bay seasoning.

I use "circuit training - general" when I input most days - except for the pilates and yoga days. I'm sure the counts are not correct, but it's okay - the goal is to follow the plan as laid out and I only track on here because I feel like it helps me to be accountable.

You can have pizza on 21 day fix... you just account for it - just like you do with anything else. Wait until you get the package and review the materials. :-)

I was pretty sore the whole first week, a little less so during week 2, then week 3 barely sore at all the next day. I just started my second round on Monday and feel great! As your body gets used to working out, it's less sore afterwards.
