Thursday and Friday I would do weight training and consume higher amounts of carbs (for me it was about 1.3 grams x every…

When I was carb cycling for a few months, I noticed that workouts were hardest on my lowest carb days and the day after. After noticing this, I only did cardio on those days. No weights. High carb days were a little cardio and lots of weights. Are you drinking enough H2O?

After eliminating liquid cow's milk and gluten from my diet, the autoimmune disorder I have (psoriasis) has reduced significantly. Reintroducing these foods after 1-2 weeks of elimination seems to make me have breakouts on my face and scalp that very same day. So, I mostly use unsweetened almond milk with my protein…

I found this site as well: http://www.healthaliciousness.com/articles/food-sources-of-potassium.php I love me some acorn squash!…

You could try doing meal prep at the beginning of your week. Like, prepare meals for a whole week in advance in little tupperware thingies. That might make things easier for ya!

Sunday is my recovery day, and I do a full day of fasting with PLENTY of water w/ lemon. Might not work for you, but it works for me.

I'm with ya, man. Us humans are huge-*kitten* polluters. I suppose there's no escaping it. Might as well minimize, I guess.
