me me me!!! The scale hasn't moved for me in 6+ months! Starting over with a personal trainer and going to the gym myself feeling frustrated! new friends welcome who are in the same boat for sure!!

Mon/Wed/Fri - cardio - gym - 45min-1hr Tues/Thurs - weight training with personal trainer Sat - family time (walks etc) always on the go with 2 kids!! Sun - family time usually puttering around somewhere!

I'm a chicken parm with fettuccine alfredo fan with salad and breadsticks. THANKFULLY I don't live in the US and I only go to the Olive Garden twice a year.

I agree, that's what my trainer has said as well. So as of last week I'm on a strict regimen of Mon/Wed/Fri cardio and Tues/Thurs trainer for strength. So far so good!! She is kicking my butt!!!!

My trainer suggests doing them on a wall. You'd be surprised that it works and you will be able to do one on the floor in no time!

I can't stand Helen, she thinks she runs the house and why people are afraid of her is beyond me. They need to get rid of her, Amanda, GM, Aaryn. At this point I'm hoping Andy wins it all. Or Mcrae because he seems to be wising up to Amanda's BS!

I would love to see Amanda go. Her time is up! Andy's nominees were "safe" and so far no one has made a big move in the game. This season has not been great to say the least.

I started outside ... hated it but did it ... winter came and moved indoors, hated the treadmill but did it Now the nicer weather is coming out, I just did my first outside run last week and thought OMG this is nuts lol I think between the 2 I like the treadmill but not just any treadmill as they are all different.

I just dont like thinking about my next meal all the time for everyone. I do make ahead meals quite often though ....

I like all kinds of food. I end up eating the same things all the time because meal planning for everyone and cooking it becomes tiring. I'd rather not think about it at all!
