I lightly bread and sauté boneless skinless cutlets in a tiny bit of oil just til brown but not cooked thru. Then I add about 3/4 cup low sodium fat free chicken broth to the pan. Make potatoe leek soup. Wash and slice leeks. Peel and slice potatoes. Saute leeks in olive oil til tender. Add potatoes cover with chicken stock. Bring to a boil and cook til potatoes are tender. About 20 minutes. Blend with immersion blender. Add a cup of skim milk. Serve warm or cold.

Is the hamburger cooked? If not morph them into tiny meatballs and add to soup. You can add flavoring to them. If they are cooked this may work but I'm not sure.

I will go thru my diary for my really good days...duplicate one and get to the gym. I don't beat myself up I just move forward. When I travel like that I carry pure protein bars with me. That way I can make sure I eat and I have control. I have gotten them thru security in my carry on. Maybe you can find one that will work for you.

I am the same height as you are. Years ago my Mom quoted Ann Landers. I've used it once or twice and it seems to work. Look straight at the person and say Why on earth would YOU say something like that to ME???? It embarrasses them. They end up apologizing and that's the end of those comments.

I am involved and supportive with likes and comments when my friends are successful or need encouragement. I will unfriend folks that are not interactive. See a Doctor...ask for a complete blood count. The tests will be a red blood cell count, a hemoglobin concentration and red cell indices: MCV, MCH, MCHC. Also ask for an iron and iron binding capacity. Then and only then can you answer your question.

I also recommend swimming. Start small and build your workouts. I eventually joined a lap class and they make us do a combo of the four strokes to use different muscles. Your stroke in freestyle, when done properly is designed to protect your shoulders. Maybe seek help so you don't aggravate your tendonitis. Good luck to…
