I pronounce it care-a-mel. I don’t care much for chocolate. Does that make me weird? I prefer gummy, chewy candy- sour patch kids, jelly belly beans, gummy bears - some of my favorites. If I’m going to eat chocolate I like a Twix or kit kat bar, but find the calories/fat aren’t usually worth it.

Tuesday I weighed 122.2, today 118.2 Usually, it’s closer to 2 pound fluctuations. I’ve given up on trying to understand why it fluctuates so much. @shanaber I empty my hydration vest and take it in the shower with me. I use my pouf with some body wash and scrub it (especially where it’s the sweatiest), then hang it to dry in the shower. @KatieJane83 I’m running in those Glycerins now. Actually have been since they came out. I do well in Glycerins that I’m scared to try anything different, though I tried the Ghost sneakers because they are a bit cheaper. The Glycerins feel more comfortable to me.
