  • October 14 Cleaned all day including some hours of heavy/vigorous cleaning. Lots of lifting and loading and unloading boxes. We have a two story townhome so I got some stairs in too. Under calories and logged all food and drink. :smiley:

  • Connie I'm with you on struggling with portion control. I really need to be careful about that and eating filling foods so I eat less. I've gotten used to seconds and that is something I am trying to change!
