  • i eat part of it.. but sometimes I work out to make up for yesterday's mistake. is that ok?
  • im 5ft and the food is already set to 1lb a week because I thought I get to eat more but it just added 50 calories to it :(
  • Your journey is phenomenal. Congrats on your progress :)
  • Walking will do you wonders! try to walk maybe 4-5 times a week for at least 30mins.. And of weather doesn't permit, you cant go wrong with Walk Away the Pounds :)
  • HEY-O! I'm technically 4'11 but I always say im 5'0 lol. Anyway I started at 180 mid-June and I am at 166.4 today. I know 13 lbs in 2 months is not the greatest but I guess some is better than none hehe. I eat very healthy but I do have slip ups every now and again with food but I make sure to burn the calories off. I also…
  • IDK how to add the pic :(
  • Soda. I quit drinking soda cold turkey and the only time I drink it is when my period requires me to (sometimes once a month, mostly never). And McDonald's. I've always hated the greasy food and the green poop but was eating it before due to lack of money lol now I am more creative with my money and I will never eat…
  • Met my husband in college - at the cafeteria line - while we were both getting chicken tenders. I was trying to keep a low profile but he immediately noticed my Gummy Bear shirt <3
  • If I knew how to move the scale before I probably would have! And serial dieting I think is the best way to describe - and killing ourselves so we can get results overnight.. It took many tries for us to realize its never gonna work lol And I hope it get more responses too - oh the things we buy to get thinner lol
  • I completely forgot about "The Sauna Belt" and the Butterfly Abs lol I went to sleep with it hoping I would wake up 50 lbs skinnier *facepalm* lol -- All I got was an overblown fuse  I also took in 500 various diet pills - some of which are garcinia cambogia with colon cleansers, Hydroxycut (made my heart explode…
  • wow! 20 lbs is a lot and lol at the self-respect :) glad to have u back!
  • Fantastic job! Such great motivation for us trying to lose weight and build muscle. Keep it up :)
  • mung beans! I was so surprised to find out they got sooo much fiber (and protein too) per cup its about 20 something fiber.
  • Logging everything I eat and when I go out and OVEREAT (which sadly happens to me a lot lol) I make sure I burn them calories throughout the week. I make sure to go to the gym 3 times a week for 1-2 hours at least and on other days I utilize different workout videos (taebo, Just Dance, Walk Away the Pounds, Jillian…
  • Very tight budget so anywhere from $50-$70/wk for me and my husband. If organic is on sale then I get it but if not, the dirty veggies work just fine lol. Everything I buy is healthy except for my husband's ravioli and Vienna sausage. Those are his treats. He gets 5 cans/wk lol
  • Saving money tip: Cook your weeks worth of food on a Sunday or whatever off day (boiled eggs, grilled chicken, etc) - freeze/refrigerate them and prepack salads so they're readily available. This saved me a lot of money and forced me NOT to go out when im hungry. I tend to use me not having any food ready to eat at home as…
  • Katy Perry - J.Lo - Scarlett Johanson *drops down and starts squatting for some boootay lol
  • Oh remember that our stomachs is a trouble area. Instead I focus on what looks like its changing.. Such as your arms or heck your ankles! lol I try to stay as positive as I can :D WE CAN DO THIS!!
  • I too feel like I'm not making enough progress. I lost 5 lbs so far since 6/16. That's not a whole lot. But I figured hey if I keep losing at 5 lbs a month or any kind of pound a month it will amount to something. Don't give up b/c starting over is hard and annoying. I "started over" almost 5 times b/c I keep giving up. I…
  • Thank you all for the input. I totally agree with starting it slowly to allow my body to adjust. Maybe going vegetarian at least 2 times a week will help my body to adjust---and then gradually go into pescetarianism---and then being a vegetarian. That's how I think it will work for me anyway. I tend to go cold turkey on a…
  • I agree! I'm also in the beginning and my starting weight is also 180. You are an inspiration and just looking at your progress makes me want to push more :) Congratulations!! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
  • I love sweets too and lately I've been eating lots of fruits when the sugar craving kicks in (grapes are my new faves), as well as the chocolate rice cakes and chocolate vitality cereal from Aldi. You get the sweet fix but not too much sugar. Also if I want ice cream, I get the sugar free rocky road. :) Substitution really…
  • Feel free to add me! We are here for you through your journey :)
  • Hi everyone :) Didn't expect to get much response but you guys ROCK! I think all of you are inspiring, whether you are trying to lose or already lost it! Nice to meet all of you! Friend requests sent
  • Swimming/ water aerobics should be good for you and very soothing for your feet too.. :flowerforyou:
  • I know that your family is so proud of you for taking this step. Keep fighting the good fight!
  • This is so me! I tried losing weight in the past before but I kept quitting or getting off track! I am absolutely tired of starting over. Thank you for this! :)
  • I work 2nd shift but I am mostly up during the night. Once I get home at midnight, that is mostly when my day begins (watching tv etc). I had plenty of jobs that I had to work 3rd shift and it is really hard to not snack before bed and even exercise when its dark outside lol :)
  • Hi :) I'm doing ripped in 30 right now, on my 5th day. I haven't seen a lot of pics, but there are a few of videos on youtube but the people already doing it are already skinny.. I did see an older post on here about it..…
  • Mine shows the same too. I know it's because technically I don't have "lunch". I work from 2p-10p so my eating hours are a little offset. My "lunch" is at 7p and I try not to eat when I get home at 11 because its so late so I only have 1 full meal, all others are snacking time.. My metabolism is definitely slower :( Any…
