I love the asiago peppercorn steak. HOWEVER, all of their "Under 550" meals are LOADED with sodium! One dish even has over 2000 mg in it alone!

Ok, so I posted earlier, but I guess I didn't read it right. I think it is best to eat the bulk of your calories earlier in the day so you have a chance burn them before bed. So, if you know you know you know you are going to exercise, eat them earlier. But if you think you may, I would wait until you actually do just so…

I personally do not eat back my calories. And if I do I don't eat many of them. I know all people are different, but I see more of a weight loss if I don't and become stagnat if I do. Like I said though, all bodies are different...some people find better results if they do eat all their calories back.

Someone did tell me that Aspartame has Methanol in it. I do drink soda once in a while, but not nearly as often as I used to!

I have a friend who cooks his week worth of meals on Sunday's and freezes them.

It is an exercise program by Tony Horton which (if followed correctly) should revamp your body in 90 days.

Yes great ideas! I will be trying each of these. Thank you so much!

I weigh myself once a day! Every morning right after I pee and before I hit the shower *and naked*. However, my trainer says to weigh no more than once a week.

Oh and thanks for the pic, now I want a cupcake! LOL! ;)

You are correct, if you consume less than 1200 calories for to many days your body will enter into starvation mode and will basically stop using its stored fat for energy.

It sounds like it could be right. Eggs and veggies have relatively low calories. The noodles would have the most.

The 17 day diet it exactly that, a 17 day diet. It isn't meant to be a long term program if I am correct.

Great Job! You look great! You are my motivation to keep going!

Raw carrots tend to make my mouth itch. It may be that you are not getting them clean enough. Just a suggestion, since I really have no clue what causes it!!

Welcome. I am in a similar situation. I have just began using MFP and need to lose 120-125 lbs. Congratulations on taking this first step.

Sadly, one can never get rid of stretch marks (without surgery). However you can use lotions with Vitamin E to help reduce the appearance. There is also Mederma that will help reduce the appearance, but it is rather expensive. I agree with the above posts that Cocoa butters and creams with the Vitamin E are the best…
