Hi,

I've just been to Wagamamas and had the Yasai Yaki Soba (thin noodles, veg and egg). Calories are stated on here as 378 for the bowl but just wondered if this sounded right...... I am SO full - doesnt seem possible for only 400 calories! I'm thinking I've done something wrond and should actually be logging 2000 or something ridiculous!!

Has anyone had this? Does anyone know if the calories are right?

I have the Yaki Soba which is like 500 and something.... so it sounds right for around 400 without the chicken! Did you enjoy it? I LOVE that meal!!!!

p.s wagama's doesnt release their kcals so anything on here will be a estimate!

It sounds like it could be right. Eggs and veggies have relatively low calories. The noodles would have the most.

I LOVED it! But just kept thinking 'this can't be right.... I feel like I am eating a whole days worth of calories'!! Have checked a few other sites and they all seem to say the same thing so I guess it must be right. O well, wont complain!! :-)
