  • I use 3lb weights and i was feeling it. IMO if you dont struggle a little I would increase the weights. Has anyone seen 4lb weights anywhere? on some of them I feel like I could use 4 but not 5! weird right.

  • Last time I did it I did it 30 day straight this time I will take 1 rest day. The first week is the hardest at least it was for me I was in agony but after that it got alot better. I recomend that if you have to spend more than 10 days on level 1 do it. On the second level I lost 4lbs in 1 week the cardio was so intense.…

  • It pretty much is an updated shred video but has a 4 th level and I thought it was more intense!
  • That's what I did first time around! I dont think I would have made it thru ripped in 30 if I had not done the shred first.
  • I felt that way I just turned her way down after I got here moves down:)
