I totally agree! I find that bein realistic with urself... and It maybe taking u longer to lose weight works so much better! I used to restrict myself from sooo much before but now I think, hey a little is better than alot. Eventually u make better choices for urself too :)

Baked potatoes with watever filling u like is always a cheap option! I eat them alot :) Potatoes are good cus u can make so much with them.... I use them alot!

I couldn't agree more! I love drinkin.......so I try to make better choices. Such as the above :) I pretty much stick to Vodka and any diet soda. To make it more interesting, I use a flavored vodka (Same calorie amount as plain) with a zero sprite. It's delicious!!

I actually currently take oxyelite pro.... It helps me with my energy levels and also stops me from eating as much! I love them :)

Yepp like 2 pounds! It sucks....and not only do I gain but it stays the same no matter what I eat! So If im bein super healthy I still weigh more. Dont worry too much :)

I'm the same! I love drinking...and sumtimes dnt kno when to stop lol! Soo........what I do is make better choices in my drinks. I wish I was loosing a pound a day lol!! I notice I cheat because I'm hungry so I def think your right. I'm going to log my activity and just set my lifestyle as less active. thanks!

I seeee yes I actually have it set at 2 pounds a week because I have a vacation coming up lol! I know half a pound to a pound is the best way. I'm just being impatient I guess :) Thank you for your help!

Ok... sounds gd thank you! I actually work in a sports store so I'm sure I could find one for a reasonable price :) Yea.... It's hard to stick to such a little amount of calories when I'm sooo active!I notice myself cheating because I'm hungry alot lol. Thanks again that has really helped

I make a chicken or Pork stir fry. I use meat, potatoes (peeled and diced), onion, fresh green beans, broccoli, spinach and soy sauce. Its delicious. I put it on top of brown rice! Def one of my favorites :)

OMG! Ok im so glad im not the only one doing bad things and feeling soo hungry at a certain time of the month! I really fidn it hard... currently am :( I jus went over my calories due to this!

I understand... I do the same thing and I feel horrible for it. Esp when I get on the scales and they dont move! I have 10 pounds to lose by Mid July, and cant seem to get where I want to be. My suggestion that seems to wrk a little bit better for me is to really try and keep busy! Paint ur nails.... wash clothes...…

I find the more negative and stressed I feel about myself and my weight loss the less I lose! Try to keep positive and focused.... it works :smile:

I did set my profile to a 'active' lifestyle so I think it should be ok! Im def going to take ur advice and maybe see if I can fight the hunger feeling more :) I do make sure I drink enough during the day, but I definetly dont think im getting enough sleep. Yes ... I have noticed some of the snacks I am eating mayb arent filling me up enough! I need to try and find some low calorie snacks that will keep me satisfied for longer.
