Dont underestimate the value of push ups to build chest size. Increased muscle mass in the pec area will flatten out moobs and give you the chest you want. Use push up stands to get the deep burns.

as i go forward with pre op appts.. i ask myself the same question every day. Mine was yesterday.. funny..she said they usually last an hour or more..mine lasted 30 minutes. She said she doesnt usually see people with long term relationships and careers. not sure if thats good or not but i was in and out quick. I did take a number of fill in the bubble tests too. no sweat. not sure what the next…

I havent had vsg yet but being a big biker type, people tend to shy away by default. That probably wont change after i have my surgery. Lol

Im just glad to get any nuggets of info i can so i can go into this with eyes wide open. The stalls are the most good info to me as i fixate on numbers and get upset when any effort i put forth doesntnhave results so knowing what to expect will help me from panicking.

bottom line is you only answer to yourself in the mirror. i had a family member that lost 110 pounds over 2 years, kept it off for a year, then put it all right back on. I personally have just continued to get heavier over the years and have never had a huge weight loss success fo this is a one and done approach for me.…
