  • I like cookies but not everyday and as a meal... I crave carnivorous food too!!!! Those diets are not something that can be followed for life.. Its not realistic.... Its like those diets that all you are doing is eating out of a box all the time... No one is learning about food and stuff so when you go back to eating…
  • There are lots of zero point things you can add to your meals and snacks on weight watchers... Also when you exersize you get extra points and your weekly allowance points are there if you need them. Some people will divide them up for the week so they have a bit more points.

Also you can call and see if they can fax one or look it up online on their website. It does depend on cheese, mayo, oil, olives and those factors....also the type of bread you chose.
  • I use my goal based on where I feel comfortable... If I look up my normal weight range for my height it is just too skinny for me. I think I look the best at the goal weight I gave myself.. I still have curves and a bit of a bootie!!!:happy: I think you should pick a goal that you feel comfortable with...
  • I really like the elliptical because it works the whole body...and I burn alot of calories too!!!! Maybe you can go to a gym and try the different ones... you can usually get one of those 5 day free passes and you can test them out. See which one you prefer and will actually use.
  • Most treadmills are nice cause its easy on the knees. I would try and elliptical too.   • I use to get like that too.... I wouldnt sleep that much the night before then I would wake up not feeling tired either... I always had tons of energy!

  • I am having a Smart Ones Turkey and Mash Potato dinner with an apple...and a side of steamed broccoli... Washed down with some Crystal Light pink lemonade.... Later I will have a dannon activa nonfat yogurt with some fiber one cereal... just to help with the digestion....:wink:
