    Hi, I like to go to Kraft Food and Family web site and look through their Healthy Living meal ideas. It gives you all the calorie break downs. Most are real easy to make and you can find everything from snack and drinks to main dishes. Hope that helps!

    My average day:
    Egg white and lean ha omelet
    Double the fiber English muffin w/ sugar free jam

    Fat free cottage cheese
    Strawberries

    Apple
    Low fat string cheese
    Almonds

    Black bean soup
    Salad with Calorie free dressing
    Orange

    Broccoli
    Chicken

    70% cocoa dark chocolate

    generally during the work week i eat:

    breakfast: dannon light & fit yogurt, 4oz and a clementine

    lunch: turkey sandwich with mustard using Weight Watchers whole wheat bread (90 cal/2 slices) and 6 slices of hillshire smoked turkey (50 cal/6 slices).

    snacks (varies):
    celery & reduced fat peanut butter
    trail mix (almonds & cranberries)
    skinny cow cream pops

    dinner: lean cuisine frozen meals

    dessert: sugarfree oreos (100 cals/2 cookies)
