USDA is probably the most reliable one. I haven't found any other source that is consistently accurate.

i started on the program recently, i check twice a week. each time i weigh myself, if i see a decrease, it motivates me to push harder.

it's good to give your digestive system time to work on your food before you hit the bed. i try to finish dinner at least 2 hours before bedtime. i allow myself small snacks like almonds or a slice of fruit up to an hour before sleeping. if the craving is very strong, a protein bar or a mcvities digestive biscuit.
