I have never eaten it without adding 4 black berries mashed up in it. It tastes really good that way... Less sugar than when you get it where they have already added the fruit.

Take it one day at a time. If you work out two days out of seven don't say ughh I missed five days. Insteed say Yippie got two days in this week next week I will do three. Basically concentrate on your ACCOMPLISHMENTS and not on your fallbacks!!!

When I was going through marriage issues (1st hubby) I would go to the gym when pissed off at him.... Exercise can really help eliminate the stress. Agree with everybody else the processed may be an issue but sometimes when working out you may be getting leaner but end up putting weight on because you are building muscle. If you are not taking measurements start you may see big movement there even if the scale is not budging. I also use a body fat scale.
