You don't have to do them in one shot. You can break them into sets. 8 sets of 5, 4 sets of 10, whatever. That's what I have to do!0 -

Got my jumping jacks (haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate) done first thing this morning. I've planned my calories for the day and have stuck by it so far. The challenges for me today are going to be getting my regular work out in, and drinking enough water.

I've done my pilates and regular cardio/weight training. Working on these jumping jacks. I DESPISE them!!! I've only done 70 so far. The rest will be done soon!! 64+++ oz. of water logged already for the day as well! You guys can do this! Don't forget to message me your starting weight so I can properly record your weight loss!!!0

Do we need to post here daily that we did the challenges? (this is my first mfp challenge - not sure how it works).
Could we log in at the end of the week with a daily report (might make Jill's job easier?)
