    just finished my daily challenge excercises and an extra 50 crunches for today!
    I went out and bought a nice pedometer today! Tomorrow, I will be doing a site walk for work... LOTS of walking around the whole building... all 13 floors, plus basement levels!! I did it once before and it took me 6 hours, nearly non-stop... i wanna know how many steps its takes to complete the whole day!! :)

    Good Afternoon Ladies (sorry for the delay in sending out my list--just returned from out-of-town) :bigsmile: :

    Day 1 - 60 Squat Kicks, 50 ab crunches & 3 sets of 12 Woodchops
    Day 2 - 100 Military Presses, jogged/walked 5.5 miles, 50 crunches & 3 sets of 21’s
    Day 3 - 50 crunches, 200 Jumping Jacks, 100 Mountain Climbers & 30 Lunges
    Day 4 - 200 Jumping Jacks (whew!), 3 sets of 21’s & 3 sets of 12 woodchops
    Day 5 - pending ....

    Good luck and God speed to ALL!!!! Have a SUPER weekend!!!!

    P.S. Never heard of "Burpees". Should I be scared??? YIKES!!!

    Just got done with today's challenge plus the bonus crunches plus 10 extra plus 45 mins on the elliptical......if I was a guy, I'd chest-bump someone--hard!!!

    Week 4 challenges:
    Day 1: 2 sets of 20 Windshield Wipers, 3 sets of 21’s, 2 sets of 10 Swimmer’s Press
    Day 2: 2 sets of 20 Tuck Jumps, 50 Squat Kicks, 20 Globe Jumps
    Day 3: 20 Split Squat Jumps, 3 sets of 20 Wood Chops
    Day 4: 40 ZigZag Hops, 3 sets of 21’s, 2 sets of 15 Swimmer’s Press
    Day 5: 2 sets of 20 Burpees, 50 Squat Kicks, 20 Globe Jumps
    Day 6: 20 Mountain Climbers, 3 Sets of 20 Wood Chops, 3 sets of 20 Tuck Jumps
    Rest on Sunday (or day of choice)
