just finished my daily challenge excercises and an extra 50 crunches for today!
I went out and bought a nice pedometer today! Tomorrow, I will be doing a site walk for work... LOTS of walking around the whole building... all 13 floors, plus basement levels!! I did it once before and it took me 6 hours, nearly non-stop... i wanna know how many steps its takes to complete the whole day!!0 -

Day 1 - 60 Squat Kicks, 50 ab crunches & 3 sets of 12 Woodchops
Day 2 - 100 Military Presses, jogged/walked 5.5 miles, 50 crunches & 3 sets of 21’s
Day 3 - 50 crunches, 200 Jumping Jacks, 100 Mountain Climbers & 30 Lunges
Day 4 - 200 Jumping Jacks (whew!), 3 sets of 21’s & 3 sets of 12 woodchops
Day 5 - pending ....

P.S. Never heard of "Burpees". Should I be scared??? YIKES!!!0 -
Just got done with today's challenge plus the bonus crunches plus 10 extra plus 45 mins on the elliptical......if I was a guy, I'd chest-bump someone--hard!!!0
