what is 'too high'?? When i was 250 and just started on it I had to start at one minute...literally...my pulse would reach 180 sometimes because I was so out of shape (when it did I would quit doing it because that's too high). I now do it on random, level 2 - 5 for an hour and I like to alternate between levels going fast…

I get the Oikos brand and I use it instead of mayo sometimes and use it on baked potatoes and basically anything that needs a little moisture...i got the kind with fruit in the bottom and it made me want to throw up so I don't eat it unless I'm starving...I also like it with a little truvia and some cinammon

so far I'd have to say my trainer because he's always there to push me and when i screw up he reminds me that we all screw up...I would've said my hubby but he brought peanut butter ice cream home this weekend so that knocked him off my 'support system' list for a while hahahaha

When I run I think I sound like a hippo. In races ecspecially, I don't want to be worrying about what I sound like to everyone else...weird, I know. Recently I've been running with just one earphone in, i wish someone MADE just one earphone so the other wouldn't have to be hanging all of the time...

this has really motivated me...I'm also in a 'biggest loser' contest at work so the two contests together teamed with the fact that i enjoy wearing a swimsuit when I swim will help get me in gear! GO GREEN!!!!!!

Question of the Day 6/23: Have you set a reward for a mini-weight loss goal? What is it? not really because I treat myself too much anyway...the better I feel the more clothes and makeup and jewelry I want....my big reward will be implants and a cruise :)

this is just my experience, take it or leave it. There are different guys that are attracted to a different type. I can honestly say when I was frumpy, overweight and miserable that no one hit on me. Each time I have been fit, thin, and self-confident, I have been able to get any guy that I wanted. I am not insinuating…

whole wheat bread and eggs...this fills me up for a loooonnggg time..and you can choose, one piece or two, egg whites or whole egg depending on your needs :)

what a good question ;) Unfortunately I am a splurger...for instance, today is payday for me...as soon as I get my paycheck I'm going shopping...looking for those new crocs for my daughter and there's a summer dress at Dillards I've been eyeing for a while, I'm hoping it's on sale (with some snazzy matching shoes of course)
