It's amazing how many calories we find some of our favorite foods to be, isn't it? I ate some pizza today and it was a whopping 1000 calories in one sitting!

Oh man, after reading that stuff it probably IS water retention! If it doesn't come off in about a week though, I guess blaming it on muscle weight is out of the question. Hahaha! Thanks guys, you helped a lot. :)

Water will make you lose weight like crazy. I had a boyfriend in the past who was pretty overweight, and just him cutting out soda and drinking water made him lose 20 lbs.

You're completely right with the obesity and poverty thing. Foods that fatten you up with low nutrition like Top Ramen and Rice a Roni are always super cheap. 115 for 5'7 is dangerous, pleeeease opt for at least 125 -130. You'll still have the skinny waif look, but you wont be starving yourself and you'll be able to think more clearly. :) Good luck!
