I go over on protein ALL the time....I dont see it as a problem. I questioned it too in the beginning but going over works for me. I wouldnt change my protein intake at all.

I was in Wilmington NC when she hit...we were out of power from 9pm Friday till about 8pm Saturday.. NOT BAD... i have experienced way worse!!! Anyways.......WE GRILL! Some of our best meals are during hurricanes.

i like a lot pickles on my tuna sandwiches! I use the flat bread and they are always good to me. I like the cottage cheese idea, I will be trying that one!

All missions accomplished for week 3. Unfortunately the scale is not my friend today and I am weighing in at 214.8. Not one ounce up or down for me this week.

The day i picked up my 4 year old from school and another child said to another child "Your mommy is here" The other child said "thats not my mommy, my mommys not fat" I could not imagine my child having to grow up to defend her "fat mommy" SO that day will probably live long in my memory. I think its pratical.....i also feel like what my "ideal" weight is isnt pratical... i would look sick too. I dont many people that weigh 97 pounds that arent 11! I know Im short but Im just playing mine as I go. When i feel comfortable I will know it.

It really helps me to have my "before and After" pics....and I will always keep that one pair of fat jeans just to remind myself thats where i was. Good job so far!!!!
