I have the body media too. I don't worry to much about the steps once I hit my target. which is 10000. But it may not be too off about your calorie burn doing dishes because I just read something yesterday about one can burn around 70 calories washing dishes for 30 mins, I mostly focus on my overall calorie burn at the end…

Im not 100% sure about the difference but what I do know is that the Core is smaller and the Link can be used with your smartphone. I just bought the Link because of that. I like being able to check my progress during the day without having to hook the BodyMedia up to my laptop.

Fire 45, jog and stretch 10 today! Felt great afterwards. I looked over the schedule and realized I miscalculated my last day of TurboFire. I'll be finished Dec 30 "my birthday". Yay. Not Jan 5 like I thought. Keep up the great work everyone :)

I took my rest day yesterday instead of Monday. So today I did fire 30 and sculpt 30. Tomorrow I'll do fire 55 which I should have done yesterday. My cold is doing better. Do you use a HRM? I usually just keep mine running until Im done with the stretch then just log it all. I really dont burn a lot in the stretch alone. But my HR is usually still pretty high from the workout and it usually stays in the low 120's during the stretch

I woke up with a bad head cold this morning. I was suppose to do Fire 45 but I knew I didnt have the energy to go that long. So I did HIIT 20 instead. I felt like I had to do something because Im officially done with month one. YAY!. Im gonna take some nightquil tonight and hopefully feel up to doing Fire 55.

I did a 2 mile jog then did HIIT 15 and Tone 30. I felt really good during the exercises but afterward boy Im tired. Its funny I feel good and wore out at the same time....lol. I say go for it!
