Focus T25 has to be my over all favorite, I have tried some really great kick boxing ones on youtube, as well as done some of Jillian Michaels work outs but never stuck to them like T25

I agree above whatever you love to do!! But I'd really kick some butt with T25 as although it is mainly cardio it does tone you as well as help build muscle. I did T25 last year and completed all of the first phase so Alpha and I lost 5lbs but also 12 inches. Now I haven't really researched why I am or was losing inches and not fat because IMO inches lost is way better then lbs sometimes because of muscle and also toning of the body. You guys took this way out of context. I was merely stating there are similarities. Not that it is identical nor is it as serious as alcohol or narcotics. Coming from a family where my mother is an alcoholic severely, and now in recovery and my father quit meth, and heroine when I was a teenager....I know a thing or two.

I loved this program! For the first time I was able to maintain running/jogging without stopping totally excellent choice if you are looking to start running regularly.

I have heard both are really good, Body Beast really sheds and tones from what I have heard. Idk of specific results for these programs but I would check it out on youtube.

^ I agree with what he said. Also neither is managable long term. We need complex carbs to keep going and calories are there, every where it is about the quality of food you put in to your body not the CARB or CALORIE content.
