1..it's always funny when you and the person on the next treadmill or elliptical are basically in competition. I am constantly doing that even though I know I shouldn't. 2. I sometimes workout at the gym on my college campus.... so I get to see some of my professors in biker shorts, under armour and other tight apparel...…

You can drink water because it doesn't have any calories? You have light calories I think but the goal s to consume most of you calories within a small time frame And fast their the rest of the day.

the craziest thing anyone has ever said to me was are you on drugs......just because I lost a little weight and I didn't even think my weight loss was noticeable. people also tell me I am too small or that I don't need to lose weight I'm not trying to be stick thin but I just want to be in a healthy weight range.

I have the same problem so I started eating less in the earlier parts of the day and if i went over I would exercise. I try to eat light meals and snack in between so that I can eat heavier meals later on. also make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the day because sometimes thirst can be misundrstood as hunger.

me too becauseI realized that I had way to much sugars in my diet. natural sugars from fruit is better than process sugars.

write down the calories of everything you eat and also you plan meals and exercise in advance so you can and log them before you leave.
