So, since working out I noticed my arms getting a bit smaller but the flab is starting to look more saggy. Gross !

What exercises are good to get rid of those bat wings?!

There is no way to make fat come off your body from a specific spot.
  • here are some simple things that i do. you can try these if you like . do push ups, lift small weights, beginners yoga, jump roping, planks, and elliptical trainer
  • Tricep exercises. Do a youtube search for Get Madonna Arms and there's a 10 minute arm workout that is great for that. It's on the FitSugar or Popsugar youtube channel. They have a lot of awesome 10 minute workouts!
  • That is completely incorrect.

Tricep exercises with weights, or you can do tricep pushups. Look them up on youtube.

If you have something to say, please just say it and spare the PA.
  • Hey! I know what the comments are going to be like following this one... But I can seriously recommend the Shakeweight.

Please excuse the cheesy video, and try to ignore the comments that are under it!

I bought one (after being quite skeptical) and I can actually say that I can see an improvement... I could see a slight difference after 2 weeks of using it every day... And it's only a 6 minute work out.

Try to keep your mind out of the gutter with this one! x
