I have to take 6000 IU everyday to stay in the normal range. All my joints ache if I fall to low.

feel free to add me. I am 45 and have 3 boys ! 21,19 and 14, two away at college and one at home. I would like to lose close to 90lbs, an am currently having some celiac tests done, so i have been eating gluten free. Even with 2 boys gone at college its hard to put me and my health 1st......always a work in progress.

Thanks for the great tips. I already had the blood test, it was inconclusive. I have naturally low level(cant remember the name) so it means any other celiac blood test will not be accurate. so on Wed i am having an upper endocopy, to get a biopsy of my small intestine. I did wait til after my blood test to go gluten free.…

Joining today! Did 2 miles this morning . Walk Slim 5 Really Big Miles. Since January is more than half over, I will set my goal at 15 miles by the end of January.

I have lost 12lbs so far, but I have also lost over 8 inches. I know it is from the exercise so that keeps me motivated to keep doing it. I have a few of the Biggest Loser videos and the Walk fit videos. I wish the weight would come off faster, but knowing i am losing inches is helping me stay focused.
