looking for some accountability

So I have been at this for about a month now and the first three weeks were good. Now I seem to be failing. I need some accountability to help me stay on track. I seem to be feeling down and so therefore having a lot harder of a time staying strict with myself. I want to eat all the time cause I feel like it will help but I know it won't. Anyways if anyone is willing I could use the help. I don't feel comfortable asking people to be my friends when I don't know them and haven't been invited to do so.

    Sometimes its hard for even the most motivated person. I find it really helps when i look at the food and thin to myself, do i really want this? If i do then i eat it and enjoy it and work out harder. If i relaize i dont then its easier to leave it be.

    Stick with it. Everyday will provide a new hurdle, just keep pushing!

    There are times I want to eat all the time too...on those days, I eat air popped popcorn w/ spray butter and salt. I can have as much as I want w/o the guilt.
