I love the Insanity workouts! I didn't find the first month to be TOO bad...definitely the challenge I was looking for. Month 2 is where its at, I love it!

I played soccer forever, and just started up again last summer. I'd just work on some basic ball control and footwork. You're lucky its for beginners...mine was NOT and we didn't even have enough players. We had no subs. 90 minutes of running in the dead of summer! That was not fun.

I have been a jock my whole life and ALWAYS have sucked at running, too. So this is a huge milestone for me!

My favorite..chocolate graham crackers and put fat free cool whip on them and make a sandwich and freeze it. Tastes exactly like an ice cream sandwich!

I'm a big fan of bacardi and diet. Plus its no carbs and no sugar. I'm not one of those people that is anti aspartame though haha. Budweiser select isn't bad if you like beer. 55 calories per 12 oz. I really like it.

Yup, handweights is all you need! I use the 5's but that was after a month of using the 3's. I love this workout, level 2 is my favorite. 3 is a killer! If you like it, I HIGHLY recommend her No More Trouble Zones video. Its my absolute favorite!

I love the 30 day shred, and to be honest with you, I find level 1 to be a little tougher than level 2 for some reason. 2 is by far my favorite, 3 is just killer! However, my absolute favorite is No More Trouble Zones. If you have 50 minutes I HIGHLY recommend that, especially if you're looking for more ab work. There are…

I absolutely love Jillian Michaels and 30 day shred, perfect start. However, after about a week I felt that wasn't enough. I got the NO more trouble zones and I LOVE it. 50 mins, its great. I don't have the time or willpower for p90x, LOL

I agree with the above, I LOVE circuit training. I bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, I love it but after a few times I felt the 20 minutes wasn't enough. Hello, I am new here but I just have to say I have done only the 1st level of 30 day shred and man I felt like I burned way more than the 140 range! My views on exercise are slightly warped, I guess ;)
