Has anyone ever pulled an ab or oblique?

Hi everyone! Ok so yesterday I did my Insanity workout, all was well. This was before work early, like 530am.
I was fine all day. Then after work I went for a run...literally like one minute into it I got THE WORST cramp in my lower
left side and I still have it. Hurts to move certain ways, cough, etc. About 4 years ago I had a huge issue with my left
ovary and had to have it removed...now I'm afraid this is happening on the left side. Please tell me its a pulled muscle!
Anyone ever pull one?

    Sorry, I meant I had an issue with the right side 4 years ago LOL

    I'm interested to see what people say. My first thought was that if you could pull a glute, or a hammy, or a groin, then surely you could pull an oblique. It's funny, though, that you felt fine during the workout. Normally, when I pull something, I feel it right away (not saying that you were doing anything wrong - just hope you're okay!!) I'm an accountant and not a doctor though........so hopefully people more educated than me on this subject will reply :laugh:
