How do you tell carlories burned just from a HRM? I have a pedometer with HRM built into it, but how do
I calculate calories burned with it?

  My husband has one but he can't tell how many calories he burns. Unless it has a setting it won't tell you.
  
  Have you tried google? Maybe there is a formula...
