I'm looking for an easy to follow program for a half marathon. Most seem to be 12 weeks which is totally fine. I'm fairly new to running, so the programs I'm finding I have NO Idea what most of it even means! Does anyone know of a nice simple one? Thank you!

Question for "Insanity" crowd
Ok so I am in week 2 now, and tomorrow it says pure cardio and cardio abs. Well there's one DVD that is Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs...but then there's another DVD that's just cardio abs. I'm assuming I'm supposed to do the one that is both? And the 2nd one is for month 2?

Ice cream sandwiches!
Sorry if this has already been posted, I'm sorta new here! These are sooo good. Just take any brand of chocolate graham crackers, put some fat free coolwhip on them and another on top, then freeze. They really do taste EXACTLY like an ice cream sandwich but extremely low in cals and fat.
