Questions and opinions about Shaun T "insanity"

Hi everyone. I was just looking for some opinions on the Insanity workouts. Is it more about weightloss or toning or what? I am not an overweight person, but I am in shape. 5'5 118 lbs. My main goal was more or less to get in better shape and tone up. But now it seems all of my workouts are getting much too easy for me so I'm looking for a new challenge, I really would like to get ripped. Not bulky muscles, but ripped..you know what I mean! You've all mentioned the insanity workouts. Is it more about weight loss or toning? Also, I know there are no weights and even though I usually only use 5's I love weights. Will I miss them too much? Should I just keep doing what I've been doing. (Jillian Michaels workouts)

    Insanity really does perfect then. You definitely lose weight while toning your muscles. It is incredibly challenging too.

    If it's any indication, even the people on the videos struggle during the workouts.
