Hi everyone! How many more calories do you think are burned when you take your usual walks with hand weights?
I walk about a mile on my lunch breaks for 100 calories...I just started using 2 lb hand weights. How many more do
you think that would be?

I would still enter it as a regular walk. I think the extra burn would be negligible.0

Arm muscles are smaller and don't burn as much, although if you were swinging them it'd probably give your heart rate an extra boost, but even still I'd guess only 20cals at best. Good for you though, upping you're routine0
