I think I've asked this before but how should I enter Taebo in the log? Got a new one the other day, ultimate taebo...90 minutes! Wow! Calisthenics? Kickboxing? Aerobics?

You can enter your weight and then select Tae bo advanced or basic and it will tell you calories burned for the time you did...
Hope this helps!!0 -

There are taebo options listed in the exercise database--
Click on exercise-- add exercise-- search--
Boom-- you're there. You have two options-- taebo and taebo moderate.0 -
Great, thanks!0

hmmmmmm-- maybe I entered it in mine myself then-- now I can't remember.
I know you can add your own exercises.
You can also get the calorie burn at caloriesperhour.com-- up top there is a "calories burned calculator."
They have values for tons of stuff.
You can then take those values and add your own exercise to your database.0
