If I drink milk it is Skim (non Fat) but In our house we drink Almond milk. It takes getting used to at first but honestly I can't hardly choke down cows milk anymore.

I wear my HRM and log my "official" exercise in myself. Your Fitbit Exercise will adjust accordingly. Look at your Fitbit Exercise Calories pre loging exercise then put in your Exercise. Try Plant Based Vegan vs Raw Vegan. It is more restrictive than Vegan and likely a bit more healthy than the regular Raw Vegan. It is explained in the Forks Over Knives movie or books. Good Luck to you.

Agreed. I wouldn't do any "major" exercise until after your 6 week Post Baby Checkup... But i was out walking like 3 days after mine just don't push yourself ... If you start to hurt walk home and rest. If you push yourself then you just take longer to heal.
