If the instrutor was teaching a good class, then definitely go back. Everyone toots, as one time or another! I use a personal trainer, in my home. She always knows when I toot! She has told me that it is very normal, especially when working your abs, as it puts pressure on that area!

Does MFP know how fast you were going on the treadmill? Speed will make a difference, as well as weight and age.

I weigh and record daily. That way I can get a feeling for how my weight fluctuates. Yes, I even record when it goes up, to be completely honest to myself.

I try to eat 5 small meals a day. The mid-morning meal and mid-afternoon meal are a little smaller, but in general I try to keep them even.

Females never have to worry about Bulking Up. We just can't to it, naturally. I recommend doing both, as their are many health benefits to cardio and strength training.:smile:

It could be the shoes, but if the pain is that severe, I would recommend see your doctor. Their are many type of running shoe on the market, and it really makes a difference which shoe you choose. I had: Oatmeal Cearel (not the instant kind), with Yogurt mixed in. 1/4 cup of blueberries 1 hard boiled egg.

Artificial sweetners, are swheeter tasting than sugar. When you have artificial sweetners, your body expects the suger rush. However, when the sugar rush doesn't happen, your body than craves the sugar, even more. I personally have given up sweetner in my morning coffee, and I no longer crave sugar in the afternoon.

I always have a protein shake within 20 minutes of working out. It's the best way to help build lean muscles.

I always have protein with every meal/snack, in order to feel full longer. Here are my favorites: Natural Peanut Butter and Banana Apple and Natural Almond Butter Carrots and Bell Pepper with Hummus Yogurt and fresh Blueberries
