Check out http://www.classicalconversations.com for a Christian Classical homeschool community in your area. It's made the world of difference in our homeschool journey! Also, ditto to the other…

I have a bad right knee--two surgeries so far and am putting off another as long as possible. I noticed your age--I'm 38, so perhaps we have a similar situation. I completed the 30DS last week. I just worked around. If something bothered my knee, I did the modification or just a different strength exercise from a different…

Yeah! I'd love to join you! I started Ripped in 30 tonight. I thought it was a similar intensity to 30DS-Level 2. I'm nervous about what week 4 will bring. For the other posters, I finished 30DS on Friday. I had two vacations in that time in which I tried to get in some running. I started 30 DS on May 31. Sometimes I did…

Welcome! You can do anything you put your mind to! The encouragement/support here is great. Feel free to add me as a friend if you would like a kind word!

Welcome and congratulations! You can do anything you put your mind to and then you'll be able to chase your new little one all over the yard without huffing and puffing!

You can do it! I blew it just going to a picnic today with my kids. Hamburgers, potatoes, cobbler, ugh. I was so mad at myself I can home and did TWO 30DS workouts and then went running. I must be insane. :-) In the words of Chicken Little, "Tomorrow is a new day!"

I LOVE chocolate. I have found that I like Jello Sugar-free Fat Free chocolate pudding: 1/2 cup is less than 100 cal. Also, you can find lots of ice cream bars that are low cal--just keep an eye out for High Fructose Corn syrup in the ingredients b/c that will sabotage your efforts no matter how few calories are in them!

From what I understand, you should eat at least 75% of your exercise calories to give your body enough fuel.

Welcome to MFP! I'm in the ATL too! Feel free to friend me if you'd like! It's great to have others encourage you!

I started day 1 of lev 3 yesterday and I am dreading it. BUT, you are giving me the motivation to go turn that darn thing on right now!

Why don't you just cut off the outside like you would peel an apple?

I generally don't like cereal for breakfast, but I will munch on Kashi Go Lean as a snack during the day.
-
Ditto on the soda. Adding some high-fiber foods will help also. High fiber cereal like Kashi Go Lean is a good one. Make sure to drink lots of water as well. HTH!

Congratulations and good luck with the rest of your journey!
