Hi there. Im doing the smaller goal thing too - I would love to lose about 50, but probably need to lose 75 in total. I started well in January then Ive drifted back into old habits, so Im starting again today. Im sure we dont have to starve to do this - do we ?? ;))

Hi Clint - Im the same, started really well in January and lost 18 pounds, but have drifted back into the bad habits. New start today. Be strong and focus on how good it felt!

I started back in January and did really well for a couple of months - lost over a stone and was feeling great. then for some reason I just gave up - and all the bad ways crept back. Ive started back today so maybe we can encourage each other? My vow is also not to eat any CRAP!!

Hi - my all time high was 224 last January. I got down to 210, but fell off the wagon and am now back to 218. Im just under 5ft 4. Ive decided today is the day to restart so am going to religiously log cals and keep on track. Im off on holiday next Saturday, so this isnt an ideal time to start - but when is ideal??…

I am the same - I get up at 5.30, drop my son off at a friends before work, have half an hour for lunch then when I get home after work I have to make meals for everyone and sort my son out, so by the time I have any time for exercise its 8pm. I know I feel much better when I dont eat so much bread - when I go back to work next week I will be cutting it out and taking lunches, whereas at the moment I tend to have sandwiches at lunch just because its easy! Hopefully it will help the loss, and if it reduces the sugar cravings, its a bonus!
